RAISE28 is a Christian Youth Center in Mount Joy, PA. Our mission is to reach local youth with the life changing gospel of Jesus Christ. We provide afterschool programming for kids from Kindergarten to 12th grade. Our programming consists of academic assistance, social support and spiritual development.
